SHIFT training and consultancy was officially launched in mid 2010. However our philosophy has been incubated long before the official launch for nearly a decade.
Having the practical business experience along with the academic studies, the missing spot started to be clearly identified. A SHIFT is needed to bridge the gap separating knowledge uptake and practical execution.
Theories exist, but some still need localization and customization to the local environment where they are applied.
